Cancel The Order
If your order is canceled before it is shipped, you will receive a full refund.
If the order has already been shipped, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required, whether or not the package has been delivered.

Change Shipping Address

1.Contact our customer service to confirm whether your order has already been shipped.

2.If the address change is successful, your tracking number will be updated in our system accordingly.

Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 60 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g. changed mind, wrong item ordered), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to product quality issues (e.g. damaged, defective, or incorrect item), BestGod will cover the return shipping cost.

No restocking fees will be charged for any return.

 

Return Process
1. If you purchased your product through our official website, please contact us at support@bestgodsports.com.
2. Please provide your order confirmation or proof of purchase so we can verify your order.
3. Once approved, we will generate a return shipping label, and the item will be picked up by the courier.
4. After our warehouse receives and inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed within 72 hours.
5. Please note that it may take 3–7 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow the steps below:

2.Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

3.Reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary. Most refunds are completed within 3–7 business days.
